Different treatments are recommended depending on the fertility problem and personal circumstances. However, 90% of cases are treated with drugs or surgery. Below is a summery of fertility treatments with their individual success rates. The three main categories of treatment are:

Fertility Drugs 20%-60% One of the most common forms of treatment. Usually used by a woman with ovulation problems.  
Surgery 40% to 60% after correcting endometrial scar tissue; 10% to 90% after unblocking tubes. Repairs damage to sex organs.  
IVF 17% Fertilization takes place outside the womb.  
GIFT 17% Similar to IVF  
ZIFT 17% Combines both IVF and GIFT  
Donor Egg 42% An egg is donated by another woman.
